Sneha Tucker

Front Desk Administrator | Kansas City Psychology

When you contact Kansas City Psychology, one of the first people you’ll meet is Sneha Tucker, our Front Desk Administrator. Sneha is dedicated to ensuring every client feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the very first phone call, email, or office visit. She understands that reaching out for therapy, psychological testing, ADHD evaluations, autism evaluations, learning disability assessments, or other mental health services can feel overwhelming, and she strives to make the process as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Sneha oversees the daily operations of our front office, helping clients with scheduling appointments, answering questions about insurance, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring each person receives the guidance they need before their first appointment. Whether you are seeking services for yourself, your child, your teenager, or another family member, her goal is to make every step of the process simple, organized, and reassuring.

Her passion for working in a psychology practice comes from a genuine desire to help people. Sneha believes that every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported, especially during the first stages of seeking mental health care. She takes pride in providing compassionate service, carefully listening to each client’s concerns, and creating a welcoming environment where questions are always encouraged.

What Sneha enjoys most is helping remove the stress from the administrative side of care. By assisting with insurance questions, appointment scheduling, intake paperwork, and general office support, she allows clients to focus on what matters most—their healing, personal growth, and overall well-being.

My Approach to Therapy

Sneha appreciates being part of Kansas City Psychology because of its commitment to providing high-quality psychological services with integrity, compassion, and Christian values. She is proud to work alongside a team that is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families receive comprehensive, evidence-based care in a warm and supportive environment.

She believes first impressions matter, especially in mental health care. A friendly smile, genuine kindness, and taking time to truly listen can make all the difference for someone taking the courageous first step toward therapy or psychological evaluation. Her goal is for every client to leave their first interaction with confidence that they have found a practice where they will be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion.

Outside of the office, Sneha enjoys spending time with her family and friends and considers herself a proud homebody. She is an avid reader who loves true crime and suspense novels, enjoys exploring local restaurants, prefers the mountains over the beach, and never says no to a great cup of coffee.
